Our park is situated  on 30 level acres in the Pahrump Valley (29 miles long x 12 miles wide with an elevation 2,650 feet) and is surrounded by mountains with a breathtaking view of snow-capped 12,000' Mt. Charleston.  Our members occupy 182 pull-thru sites each with 10' X 14'  sheds.  Many members have added 10' X 10' covered patios and landscaped their lots.  There are also nicely landscaped common areas.  We have a large multi-purpose Club House.  Social activates are planned each month. Check out our facilities under Visitor Information.    Our visitors say we are the friendliest  SKP park.  Our waiting list has 170+ SKPs on it.  Check out some of  Our Members and   Photos of Our Park.

History

Our park was sponsored by the Lucky Rollers (Chapter 14 of the Escapees) in October 1985 and was incorporated on February 4, 1987. Construction began in late 1987 by members living in their RVs onsite. Members were acquainted with most of the building trades and the construction (with the exception of the electrical system and shed slabs) was done by them. The 10'x l4' sheds were precut on site and erected by crews. Much of the painting of the sheds was done by women members. Lot draw was in November 1989.
